JOSH CORT
Founder and CEO
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Josh Cort attended the University of Denver where he received his B.S. in Business Administration and his M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance.Â
Running a business focused in the preservation and maintenance of real estate fits perfectly with his skillset.Â
Josh began his career managing residential real estate teams as a licensed realtor at Sotheby's International Realty in San Francisco. From there he transitioned into the family business of Cort Companies, as a Realtor & Project Manager within a Commercial Real Estate Development company. Now he is pursuing his own venture with Main Street Maintenance hoping to ease building owner's pain points and helping to maximize their property's value.
KEVIN RICHARDS
Founder and COO
Born in Las Vegas, Kevin found his love for restoration and revitalization working on old cars, boats, and motorcycles. This passion took him to Carpentry School where he graduated in 2002. He furthered his skillset while living in Alaska as a professional painter at Eilson Air Force Base.Â
Transitioning from Painter to Machinist during his time in Oregon he worked as an Ornamental and Structural Fabricator.
Finally, landing in the San Joaquin Valley, Kevin found a job at Cort Companies. This new role would allow him to utilize all of these skills as the Facilities Director, managing Historic National Landmarks in dynamic Downtown Stockton.
Kevin's next exciting chapter is Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Main Street Maintenance. This new journey allows Kevin to provide his expertise to more building owners in the San Joaquin area, ensuring their properties are operating as efficiently as possible.
When Kevin isn't working he is spending time in nature with his amazing family of 7.
